摘要:La BO3powder with orthorhombic crystal system was synthesized with La (NO3) 3, H3BO3and C2H5NO2at the mole ratio of 3:3:5 by solution combustion method.La (NO3) and H3BO3were used as the oxidizing agent, and C2H5NO2was used as the reducing agent.The influence of calcination temperatures and time conditions on the product were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) , scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and fluorescence.The results show that it is optimal to synthesize the La BO3powder with a good particle dispersion and particle size distribution at 750℃for4 h.The values of lattice parameters areα-La BO3a=0.510 33 nm, b=0.825 08 nm, and c=0.586 74 nm.Thus LaBO3powder can be used as substrate materials in the preparation of luminescent powder.%以水合La (NO3) 3、H3BO3為氧化劑, C2H5NO2為還原劑, 采用溶液燃燒法, 在理論物質的量之比為3:3:5的條件下, 制備正交晶系硼酸鑭 (α-La BO3) 粉體, 探討不同煅燒溫度和不同保溫時間對產物的影響;采用X射線衍射 (XRD) 、掃描電鏡 (SEM) 、熒光光譜分析等方法對制備的粉體進行表征.結果表明:合成α-La BO3的最佳條件為溫度為750℃, 煅燒4 h, 產物顆粒分布均勻且分散性好, 晶胞參數a=0.510 33 nm, b=0.825 08 nm, c=0.586 74 nm, α-La BO3粉體可作為基質材料應用于發光粉體的制備.
